Standard Delivery
Our goal is to ship your order within two business days from the time you place it. Most standard orders will arrive within 5 business days from receipt of your order. During our high-volume time periods in January, February, August, and September, your order may ship within five business days from the time you place your order. Back ordered Items may take up to an additional 10-14 business days. At our discretion, your order may ship via one of the following common carriers: FedEx, UPS or USPS. Our standard shipping/handling rates are based on the total cost of the order as follows:
Time Critical Orders
Should it be necessary that you receive your order guaranteed in 1, 2 or 3 business days, you may order online and select an expedited shipping method during check-out. Please note, we are not open on weekends so if you place a rush order on our website over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship the next business day. You may also place your rush order via phone by calling: 1-800-647-2117 Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. Calling in your rush order will confirm stock availability and shipment departure time. Generally, all rush orders received by 12:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), will ship out the same business day. Rush orders submitted after the 12:00pm cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Our expedited shipping/handling rates are based on the shipping quote given in the cart.
International Shipments
Shipping/handling rates are based on the published USPS rates. Generally, delivery time is between 5-15 business days. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Please note: delivery time varies from country to country due to distance and time required for products to move through customs. Our goal is to ship your order within two business days from the time you place it. We are not open on weekends so if you place an order on our website over the weekend or on a U.S. holiday, your order will ship within the next 2 business days.
