Our returns policy is as follows:
- All downloadable music is nonrefundable.
- Please make returns within 30 days of invoice date.
- Returns should be received in excellent condition with no markings.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice.
- Please package your return in protected packaging and/or cardboard.
- Invoices paid with credit card will receive a refund on the same credit card.
- CDs that have been opened or Preview Packs with an opened CD are not returnable.
- All shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
- No authorization is required for your return, but including the above information ensures an accurate and speedy credit of your return.
